Paid Subscription (recurring membership fee) cancellation & reinstatement.

You may cancel your Paid Subscription at any time, however there is no prorated refund given for the current subscription period. When you cancel, your Paid Subscription will cease immediately, and auto-renewal of your Paid Subscription will not occur after cancellation. When you cancel your Paid Subscription, your account is changed to a Free Subscription. You can reinstate your Paid Subscription at a later time by using the Upgrade link.

Use of free Coupon Codes

Some newspapers and historical societies provide free Coupon Codes for their print subscribers and patrons to access the Family Research Premium Subscription at no cost. If your local newspaper or historical society participates with SmallTownPapers and you would like a free Coupon Code, contact them locally to find out if they offer a free Coupon Code. Only the local newspaper or historical society can provide the free Coupon Codes. No phone calls will be accepted soliciting free Coupon Codes -- you must contact the local newspaper or historical society directly!
