Photographs must have been taken by the person submitting them. Photographs must have been taken in greater Columbia. Photographs must be printed on paper and must be at least 3X5 inches. The deadline is October 1, 2003. winners will be announced in The Co/umbia Star in November, 2003, and displayed at Columbia Photo.
